No longer in love

Ya know.... I tossed and turned Missed so much sleep I was always thinking about you. It affected everything i did, You never left my thoughts, Not even for a moment. I guess that I had gotten so used to it It didn't bother me after awhile But one day i realized My thoughts were no longer you-influenced It hit me like a rock You were the center of attention in my skull for SO long That i didn't even notice when you started to inch away My love for you was dying Slowly, but surely The very thought was painful at first, But the less i focused on you, The better everything seemed to become.... Weird, right? My world opened up for me again, My smile returned, Things started getting better I'd had no idea what the very thought of you was doing to me, But now that you're gone from my conciousness, I can see... Falling in love with you was the biggest mistake i've ever made. Still not sure how i feel about Falling out of love But if it means a restful night, Couple of grins more than usual, The ability to have fun again, All without images of you flashing before my eyes, I think i can deal with this change.
